“You don’t have to see the whole stairway, just take the first step." – Dr. Martin Luther King “When I dare to be powerful, to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid. It is not our differences that divide us. It is our inability to recognize, accept, and celebrate those differences. If I didn’t define myself for myself, I would be crunched into other people’s fantasies for me and eaten alive." – Audre Lorde

Fun Fact:

Laughter is a sound which does not have any language, yet it is a form of communication that is contagious.

How many times a day do you laugh?

Most adults who laugh a lot laugh about 10-13 times a day compared to kids who laugh about 300 times a day. 98% of kids are considered to be creative while only 2% of adults are considered creative. What’s the correlation? We’d say laughter.

Laughter Yoga is about laughing for stress relief, creating positivity and deep breathing exercising! Do you laugh enough?

Fun Fact:

I had the honor and great pleasure of spearheading our first ever Family Reunion in more than 40 years. This epic event, “Together We Stand Family Reunion” was held in New York City from June 30 – July 5, 2016.
